Administration

Adult Dosing
40mg furosemide = 20mg torsemide = 1mg bumetanide
- 5-200 mg PO or IV daily. Titrate to effect by doubling dose

- Lactation risk: Infant risk cannot be ruled out

Mechanism of Action
