Uncomplicated Gonococcal

• 240 mg IM x 1

Severe PID

• 1.5 mg/kg IM/IV q8h
  • Start 2 mg/kg IM/IV x 1
• Alt: 3-5 mg/kg IM/IV q24h
• Use with clindamycin
