  • Transverse hemisection of spinal cord
  • Unilateral cord compression

Clinical Features

  • Ipsilateral spastic paresis
  • Ipsilateral loss of proprioception, vibration but contralateral loss of pain, temperature (ie 'sensory dissociation')
