Medication Assisted Treatment Consult Service
- Candidates:
- Opiate Use Disorder agreeing to discussing MAT (like buprenorphine)
- Stimulant Use Disorder agree to discussing possible treatments
- 16 and older
- Cerner communicate to Yvette Cerna or
- Call 3/697-6030 or x64398 Mon to Thurs 8a-4p
- Afterhours: SW consult
- DHS MAT consultation line if questions on MAT: 8a-12midnight 213-288-9090
- SW consult available 24/7, write indication as 'SUD'
