Substance Abuse Referrals (drug or ETOH use)
Medication Assisted Treatment Consult Service
- Candidates:
- Opiate Use Disorder patients who agree to discuss MAT (e.g. buprenorphine)
- Stimulant Use Disorder patients who agree to discuss potential treatments
- Age 16 and older
- Cerner communicate to Yvette Cerna or
- Call 3/697-6030 or x64398 Mon to Thurs 8a-4p
- Afterhours: SW consult

- For prescribing guidance or no available x-waivered provider

Remember to prescribe and give ANY SUD patients intranasal naloxone (e.g. marijuana, EtOH, meth, etc.)
