| We would like to let you know about a great opportunity to become a leader through an awesome iphone/android app called WikEM. Many of you may have already heard of it; in case you haven't -- it is a completely free EM oriented point of care mobile device application to assist you in your daily musings in the ED (eg. thoracentesis labs checklist, landmarks for nerve blocks, Splinting details, Peds vitals, vasoactive drips, differentials for various complaints, and so much more).

| Use it while you study with your browser open to the WikEM site to see what is available right at your fingertips in the ED. If you find something that could use more information or updating just add it. People from around the world are updating it all the time, and the more you familiarize yourself with the content and editing the better you will be at accessing all of the greatness it has to offer. Interested in global health? I just had a classmate in Haiti manage a patient with ICH using WikEM. Also there is a new Tropical Medicine section recently added.
