Administration

Adult Dosing
- Nasal congestion
- 2-4 drops or 3-4 sprays 0.1% solution into each nostril every 3-4 hours as needed
- Ocular decongestant
- 1-2 drops in affected eye up to 4 times a daily
Pediatric Dosing
- Nasal congestion:
- Children 2-6 years: 2-3 drops 0.05% solution into each nostril every 406 hours as needed
- Children >6 years: adult dosing
- Ocular decongestant:
- Children >6 years: adult dosing
