Adult Dosing

  • HTN: 10 - 50 mg PO QID
  • Hypertensive crisis: 10-20 mg IM/IV q2-4h

  1. 1 mo - 12 years: 0.1 - 0.5 mg/kg IM/IV q4-6h, max dose of 20 mg
