1. Wellsoft order
2. Yellow CT form
   1. Must be stamped with patient card
   2. Take to CT room
3. IV contrast consent if indicated
   1. White copy in RN chart
   2. Yellow copy to CT (with yellow CT form)
4. Oral Contrast if indicated
   1. Wellsoft order "Omnipaque 10mL Q1hr x 3"
