- HIV (CD4<200 or unknown)
- Vital signs (Catagory 2)
- RR>24
- HR>120
- SpO2<94 on RA
- PaO2/FiO2<300mmHg
- Labs (Catagory 3)
- D-dimer>1000 ng/mL
- CPK>2x upper limit
- CRP>100
- LDH>245 U/L
- Elevated Troponin
- Absolute lymphocyte count <800/mcL
