Issues fixed:

Pretreatment dosage of lidocaine changed to 1.5 mg/kg (AAP dosage is for cardiac only)
Ketamine dose changed to 2 mg/kg for pretreatment (within AAP guidelines and was previous number listed in EMRA card)
Vecuronium changed to 0.1 mg/kg per AAP guideline cited
Rocuronium changed to 1 mg/kg (within AAP guidelines and past number and simpler)

Issues to fix:

Atropine pretreatment dosage should be listed only for the age groups that would need it (<6years)
Can we put in a rounding function? (e.g. No one would order 52.5 mg of succynlcholine)
For ET tubes, it would be good if it only listed cuffed or uncuffed based on age that uses them (i.e. uncuffed only in young ages)
"cm to teeth" function not working in 10kg note
