- Torsion of testicular appendage

- Pyocele
- Testicular malignancy
- Scrotal wall hematoma
Evaluation
- +Transillumination
- Consider testicular ultrasound
Management
- Generally can by managed conservatively unless complicated by the presence of a pyocele
Disposition
- Referral to urologist
