  • First seizure if age older than 40
  • History of acute head trauma
  • History of malignancy
  • Immunocompromised status
  • Suspect Intracraneal Process
  • History of anticoagulation
  • New focal neurologic deficit
  • Focal onset before generalization
  • Persistently altered mental status
