Section Editors

General

While any doctor can contribute to WikEM, some folks may be interested in taking their work on the site to the next level and improving emergency medicine knowledge for clinicians around the globe.

Toward that end, we are looking to add additional Section Editors, one for each clinical category Portal:Clinical. The responsibilities of the Section Editors are:

• Making general contributions and staying active on the site
• Working to make their section as easily navigable as possible
  • E.g. creating internal links, "See Also" links, and (Main) pages
• Monitoring any updates to their section to make sure they are appropriate and accurate

Requirements

No programming experience necessary

• If a resident, individuals must first achieve Resident Editor status
• If faculty/attending-level, individuals must be:
  • Willing to contribute new posts/improvements on a regular basis
• Commit to 1 year
• Have achieved a Contribution Score of >25 with high quality edits (as judged by the editorial staff)
