- R-sided HF symptoms
- Hemoptysis (pulm htn > ruptured bronchial vein)
- Precipitants:
- Anemia
- Pregnancy
- Infection
- A-fib
- ECG
- RAD
- Biphasic P waves
- CXR
- Straightening of right heart border
Treatment
- Diuretics
- Alleviates pulmonary congestion
- A-fib treatment
- Hemoptysis
- Consider transfusion / surgery consult
