- Fistula between carotid and cavernous sinus
Clinical Features
- Bilateral conjunctival edema and pulsatile exophthalmos (spontaneous in elderly, secondary to trauma in young)
Differential Diagnosis
Bilateral red eyes
- Painful
- Painless
