Directions

1. IV contrast consent if indicated.
   1. if IV contrast indicated, see criteria for patients needing Cr measurement. If no Cr measurement indicated, please write "No Cr per HUMC policy" on consent form
   2. if IV contrast indicated and pt needs Cr measurement, do not place Orchid order for CT until Cr resulted
2. Order CT from "Place Orders" page in Orchid
3. Oral Contrast if indicated
   1. Orchid order "Omnipaque 300 10mL Q1hr x 3"
