Etiology
- Transverse hemisection of spinal cord
- Unilateral cord compression
Clinical Features
- Ipsilateral spastic paresis
- Ipsilateral loss of proprioception, vibration but contralateral loss of pain, temperature (ie 'sensory dissociation')
