Medication Assisted Treatment Consult Service

  • Candidates:
    • Opiate Use Disorder agreeing to discussing MAT (like buprenorphine)
    • Stimulant Use Disorder agree to discussing possible treatments
    • 16 and older
  • Cerner communicate to Yvette Cerna or
  • Call 3/697-6030 or x64398 Mon to Thurs 8a-4p
  • Afterhours: SW consult
  • DHS MAT consultation line if questions on MAT: 8a-12midnight 213-288-9090
  • SW consult available 24/7, write indication as 'SUD'
  • Remember to also prescribe or give patient naloxone intranasal
