Issues:
- Pretreatment dosage of lidocaine changed to 1.5 mg/kg (AAP dosage is for cardiac only)
- Atropine pretreatment dosage should be listed only for the age groups that would need it (<6years)
- Can we put in a rounding function? (e.g. No one would order 52.5 mg of succynlcholine)
- Ketamine dose changed to 2 mg/kg for pretreatment (within AAP guidelines and was previous number listed in EMRA card)
- Vecuronium changed to 0.1 mg/kg per AAP guideline cited
- Rocuronium changed to 1 mg/kg (within AAP guidelines and past number and simpler)
- For ET tubes, it would be good if it only listed cuffed or uncuffed based on age that uses them (i.e. uncuffed only in young ages)
