Signs/Symptoms
- Localized pain/swelling
- Inability to bear weight
Conservative versus operative management
- ≥10 degrees of rotation in any plane
- Angulation ≥10 degrees
- ≥5 mm of displacement
Initial Management
- RICE
- Long leg posterior splint
- NWB
