Clinical Features

  • Signs/symptoms are variable; may include:
    • Change in visual acuity
    • Visual field cuts
    • Photophobia
    • Eye redness/pain

Treatment

  • Ganciclovir implant and ganciclovir 1–1.5gm PO TID
