Background
- Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage (DAH) is a life-threatening condition.
- It is a subset of Pulmonary hemorrhage involving the microcirculation involving alveolar microvasculature.
Most commonly the result of systemic vasculitis. [1]

- Diffuse lung infiltrates
- Acute respiratory failure
