  • Nadir usually occurs 5-10d after chemo
  • Duration of neutropenia depends on type of cancer treatment
    • Solid tumor treatments: <5d
    • Hematologic malignancies: 14d or longer
  • (Leukemia or lymphoma) + chemo most commonly associated with neutropenia
