-Decreased CO2

-CHF, Infranodal block (2 ̊or 3 ̊)

I, aVL, V2-6 Anterolateral LAD + circumflex = Left main or 2 critical lesions
II, III, aVF Inferior RCA

-Hypotension (NTG/morphine) 

- Second degree type 1

-A-fib/flutter

-PACs

-Papillary muscle rupture (murmur)
