Background
- Occurs when air is not added to facemask during scuba diving descent

Clinical Features
- Facial bruising
- Conjunctival Injection/hemorrhage
- Retrobulbar hemorrhage if severe

- Hypothermia
- Contaminated gas mixture (e.g. CO toxicity)
- Caustic cocktail from rebreathing circuit
