Serious

  • GI bleed, gastric ulcer
  • Nephrotoxicity
  • Angioedema
  • Bronchospasm
  • CHF, pulmonary edema
  • Thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, agranulocytosis
  • Vasculitis
  • SJS/TEN
  • Hepatotoxicity (hepatitis, liver failure)
  • Aseptic meningitis, seizure

Common

  • Nausea, heartburn, constipation
  • Edema
  • Ecchymosis
  • Headache
  • Ototoxicity
