  • Widening of wrist due to metaphyseal cartilage hyperplasia

    • Bowed legs in toddlers (Genu varum)
    • Knock-knees in older children (Genu valgum)
  • Generalized muscle weakness
  • Bony pain or tenderness
  • Dental problems
  • Growth disturbance
