- Testicular tumor
- Torsion of testicular appendage
- Varicocele
- Pyocele
- Testicular malignancy
- Scrotal wall hematoma
Diagnosis
Management
- Simple hair follicle scrotal wall abscess
- I+D
- Antibiotics rarely needed (unless signs of cellulitis or systemic involvement)
- Intrascrotal organ involvement
- Urology consult
