Adult Dosing

  • Agranulocytosis, neutropenia
  • Hepatitis
  • Hypersensitivity reactions (anaphylaxis, allergic vasculitis)
  • IBD, ileitis
  • Rhabdomyolysis
  • Visual impairment, corneal opacities
  • Pancreatitis
  • Pseudotumor cerebri
  • Psychiatric effects (depressed mood/suicidal ideation, psychosis)
  • ATRA syndrome
