- Normal neurologic exam
- CT ordered by the treating physician to rule out SAH
Exclusion Criteria
- Focal neurologic deficits
- Papilledema
- History of SAH

- Previous VP shunt
- Brain neoplasm
- Onset of headache >14 days ago
- Recurrent headache (≥3 similar)
