Administration

- 200mg PO 1-4 times per day
Pediatric Dosing
- > 5y: 2.5-10mg/kg 2-3 times per day

Contraindications
- Allergy to class/drug
- Concomitant use of CYP3A4 substrates (e.g. ergots, lurasidone, methadone, oral midazolam, simvastatin, ticagrelor, and triazolam)
- Ventricular dysfunction (relative)
