Background

  • Necrosis of bowel wall secondary to polymicrobial invasion
    • Involves terminal ileum and colon
    • May progress to full-thickness infarction/perforation
  • Occurs 10-14d after cytotoxic therapy

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
