Usage

This template creates a customized disclaimer linking to up to 3 pediatric pages. It should be placed at the top of ADULT pages.

One link: This page is for adult patients. For pediatric patients, see: Appendicitis

Parameters

1 - (Required) Title of the first adult page.
2 - (Optional) Title of the second adult page.
3 - (Optional) Title of the third adult page.
