Usage

This template creates a customized disclaimer linking to up to 3 adult pages. It should be placed at the top of PEDIATRIC pages.

One link: This page is for pediatric patients. For adult patients, see: Appendicitis
Two links: This page is for pediatric patients. For adult patients, see: Appendicitis and Abdominal Pain
Three links: This page is for pediatric patients. For adult patients, see: Appendicitis, Abdominal Pain, and Sepsis

Parameters

1 - (Required) Title of the first adult page.
2 - (Optional) Title of the second adult page.
3 - (Optional) Title of the third adult page.
