Patient Care
- SCVMC ED to Bascom OBGYN Urgent Care (BOUC) Transfer Protocol
- Only applies: Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1600; typical care flow applies if outside of these hours
- Process: Triage/MSE -> Phlebotomy -> BOUC
- Do not order an ultrasound from the ED if sending to BOUC!
- Must not have influenza-like-illness symptoms; please see exclusion criteria in the linked document above
- Clinic Address: 750 Bascom Ave, Ob Gyn BAS Suite 300 (Valley Health Center building across Bascom Ave)
- Exclusion criteria (Adult | Pediatrics) are not absolute
- Use your best judgement to determine safe care plans
- There are no "banned medications"
